The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the conference center and the picturesque Christmas markets. You can also explore the charming Grindel quarters or the trendy Sternschanze quarters nearby. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main S-bahn station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating.
The internet connection is unreliable and there are reports of poor TV quality in some rooms.

The room was cosy, beautiful, and clean. Furniture in each room was different. Perfect size for one person. Ideal location next to the university. Family room had 3 comfortable beds. Breakfast was really good. Spacious and light single room. Helpful and friendly staff.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a beautiful neighborhood, close to the center of Hamburg. The rooms have so much character, with old furniture that adds a lovely touch. I loved the attention to detail, like the shared toilet down the corridor. The view from my room was stunning. Plus, the breakfast was included and absolutely delicious.
The hotel is well worth the price, as everything was just perfect.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and they showed a genuine interest in our visit to this city. The location was perfect for our needs, as it was within walking distance of the conference centre and also close to the charming Grindel and Sternschanze quarters. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the spacious and clean rooms, as well as the delicious breakfast served at our table. the hotel's proximity to public transport made exploring this city convenient.
